Air-Tite coin capsule holders are a two piece snap together acrylic capsule that consist of a cover and a base to completyy enclose a single coin.

Each piece is injection molded for precision and contains a non-yellowing agent to help maintain visual clarity over time.  All componants of Air-Tite holders are totally inert and PVC free.

There are two primairy systems for using Air-Tite capsules: 

       1.  Air-Tite capsules with rings

       2.  Air-Tite direct fit capsules

Air-Tite holders with rings are capsules designed to hold a soft die-cut polyethylene ring to fit around your coin.

The benefits of the ring system is in its versitility.  The ring system not only serves to hold a coin securly in place, but will hold nearly every coin minted from the U.S. and other countries from around the world.

Air-Tite direct fits are capsules molded to hold a specific coin.  The coin fits securely into the holder and does NOT require, or include, an additional sizing ring.  Direct fits are only manufactured for the most popular coin sizes.
